Could Elevated Prolactin Levels Affect Fertility Despite Negative Tests And Unusual Periods?

Good morning! I have been trying to conceive but something weird is going on with my body. In August this year (2022) I found out my prolactin levels were elevated (in the 70 s last checked 8/18) My cycle is typically 26 days with my period lasting 6-7 days (5 bleeding, 4-5 full pads per day, 2 days spotting). On 9/7-9/12/22 I had a regular period lasting 6 days. The week of 9/18-24 was my fertile week. I had unprotected sex 5 days including the 21st being my ovulation day. My next period was due around 10/6. On 9/30 I started feeling symptoms, seriously fatigued for a week(if i wasn t working i was sleep), tingling sensations in my breast, sore all around especially in the milk duct area, Nauseated throughout the day and sensitive to smells and tastes but had a high appetite. On 10/3 I started bleeding, but was able to use a panty liner and it only lasted 3 days. I had a negative test on 10/7. All symptoms continued. My next period was due 10/31 but started bleeding 9/28. Again only lasted 3days & used 3-4 pads and 5 panty liners total. I usually use a whole 22ct pack. I tested negative whn i stopped bleeding. It is now 11/3 and I m still experiencing all the symptoms listed above. Could these have been false negatives or does this have something to do with the high prolactin levels?
