Could Elevated Results Of Amylase And Lipase Indicate Organ Damage?

my uncle has aortic dissection and his LFT are increasing, stomach is becoming more bloated and amylase/lipase are going up. Does this indicate organ damage. he is already in kidney failure and his dissection is from the arch down to the right illiac artery. they used a graft at the top to repair his tear about 2 weeks ago now.
