Could Endometriosis Cause Frequent Uti?

Hi, I have been getting many UTI's since last April. I would go to the doctor and they would put me on antibiotics and it would go away. But then a few weeks later, I would start getting symptoms of a UTI. Once I went to an OBGYN and what she found was that I was starting to get a yeast infection which I took medicine for. I also ended up having to get an ultrasound because of some pain that I have been having for about 3 years now. I called up the OBGYN and I talked to a nurse. She said that the ultrasound came back normal but there was a big chance that I could have Endometriosis. I have been checked for STIs and STDs and the tests showed that I didn't have anything So I was wondering if Endometriosis could be the cause of me getting so many UTIs?
