Could Enlarged Epididymitis Be Due To Spermatocele?

epididymitis is enlarged for some time now with no pain or discomfort..is it possible for it to be spermatocele??..there is no discharge..but lately right on top feel firmer than normal...not hard but firmer..I have had it checked at every pyhsical...& my doctor says if it really bothers me he can give me antibioctics...thank you ON second though I will wait for my own doctor appt... thank you again
