Could Excess Masturbation Be The Cause For Bleeding Through Penis?

Ok hi so I'm 17 and I've been bleeding from my penis for about 2-3 weeks now. At first my mother and I ruled it out as being the food coloring build up being released ( a lot of those red atomic balls ) but I do masturbate about 2-3 times a day ( I don't think I did it so much before the bleeding occured ) can that be a factor in my hematuria?
