Could Excessive Libido Be The Cause For Sensitiveness In Testicles?

My fiance last night said that his testicles were hurting a little. His libido has increased since he stopped drinking so much and exercises regularly. Could this be a reason for his testicles being sensitive? Does laying down help with the pain and does it remain constant or will it go away after a few hours?
