Could Excessive Saliva Production A Week After My Medical Abortion Indicate A Continued Pregnancy?

hello, l had my medical abortion a week ago and l have had my bleeding and all, but l still produce a lot of saliva that when l am speaking l can literally spit on someone. l no longer feel nauseated or tired but the saliva keeps coming. l went for a scan and they said my womb is clean there is nothing but yet l still produce a lot of saliva does this still mean l am pregnant?
