Could Excessive Sweating Be Due To Diagnosed Hyperhidrosis?

I'm curious...i was diagnosed with raynaud syndrome when i was a kid.
2yrs ago, i started sweat a lot.I was diagnosticated with hyperhidrosis.I went to surgery(ETS),and now i have compensatory sweating(a lot).
Could be a different thing?(different diagnosis?)I start to feel i starting to have ,downhill ,accumulative symptoms.Could be something else?
PS-i'm on ditropan(doesn't really help with the sweat)
