Could Exercising During Early Pregnancy Affect Fetus?

hello doctor!
i'm 27years old &married. i'm pregnant now its now 4weeks now but the matter is i didn't expect this i actully planned after may &found today by home checking. i'm actully i did lot of excercise before i found the positive results. eg running on trade mill
still can't believe it. what next step i have to do? is safe to carry this baby? please help me doctor
