Could Exploding Head Syndrome Be Due To Blood Clots In Brain?

Tell me more about Exploding Head Syndrome. I experience this problem periodically. I seem to experience this problem during sleep after eating gassy foods (sometimes I feel the gas traveling through my body including the brain, and after sitting up and burping I expirience releif of the gas movement). I also had a fractured skull as a child. Could this problem also be due to blod clots in the brain or mini strokes. Thank you for your response.
