Could Extra Dosage Of Dextromethorphan Polistirex Be Harmful?

Hi, I accidentally took 20 mls of cat 22.00 hours yesterday and another 10 mls dose at 11.00 the following morning. Is this harmful? I have also eaten a few pieces of grapefruit which I understand might also be harmful with dextromethorphan.
