Could Extreme Fatigue And Light Headedness Be Due To Vaccination Shot?

I had the shot two weeks ago and seemed fine other than some redness and tenderness at the injection site. However, over the last few days I have felt extreme fatigue and foggy headed. I have slept a lot. Also had three red welts on left side of body and they are now gone. Are these reactions possibly related to the vaccine?
