Could Extreme Fatigue, Nausea And Severe Diarrhoea Be The Symptoms Of Heart Attack?

Hi, I have had extreme fatigue, nausea, severe diarrhea, and non-stop gas (constant burping) for the last 3 days with no signs of it letting up. I am a 39 year old female with a family history of heart disease. Should I be concerned about these symptoms being a heart attack?
