Could Facial Pain, Muscle Twitches And Muscle Cramps Indicate Fibromyalgia?

hi I am a 32 year old female with severe health anxiety. In October was getting weird headaches and facial pain ends up being tmj. I was still not convinced so went to a neuro asked a for an mri of the brain to because i thought it was ms or brain tumor then about a month ago I started getting muscles twitches all over body. I know anixety def makes it was while taking my mri I was feeling them more. So I go on internet now convinced I havw als stated having feet and hand cramps muscle pain all over. I'm still able to do all my daily activities being a mom of 3. I'm so scared it's something bad. Can it be fibromyalgia?
