Could Faint Lines On The Pregnancy Test Strip Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi I took 2 pregnancy tests and both looked negative till I actually looked at them and I saw faint positive signs , does this mean I pregnant? I ve also had other signs but they seem weird, like being bloated all the time, have hiccups lots or my tongue tingles lots , and the ordinary signs like nauseous and cramps
