Could Faint Positive Pregnancy Tests And A Period That S 3 Weeks Late Indicate Pregnancy?

Lmp 3/7/21 it lasted for 3 days had spotting 9 days later for 3 days. Tested with opk before predicted ovulation day, day or predicted ovulation, and day after never got anything on the tests. On the 27th I had discharge with a streak of blood in it then nothing after. I will be 3 weeks late for period tomorrow. I took a test on day of missed af got faint positive I have continued to get faint positives and the occasional negative. Tested yesterday and got 3 faint positives. Lines have gotten just slightly darker but still faint.
