Could Fatigue And Dizziness Be Symptoms Of Heart Stroke?

I am a healthy 57yr old woman. I am very active.....on a daily basis. There is a history of heart and stroke in my grandmother. I do not smoke but do consumer wine on a daily basis. Does the alcohol consumption put me zt a big risk for stroke? I have read top ten symptoms and only two I sense are......balance an odd time (or is that fatigue as i am periodically a terrible sleeper?).....and secondly slight dizzy. ...or light head.
