Could Fatigue Be Due To Withdrawal From Lisinopril?

I thought I was gona die...fainting broke ribs an fingers an toes....was going going though a 23 year break up....did research an found that no way should i mix,,beside`s chronic pain.from head-on car crash...so i was also om 4 10 mg of methadone an `10 10 mg oxycodone ..when i stopped the lisinopril all the bad black-outs an energy changed over night.....thank-you...
