Could Feeling Of Lumps In Abdomen Be Due To Bladder Prolapse?

I have had bladder prolapse surgery in 2010. The It has dropped again and they did a ct scan. Everything looks good except for diverticulosis. In the report it showed small part of the sigmoid is following the prolapse. I feel something inside that and was wondering if it could possibly be feces. After my bowels move I seem to no longer feel those lumps. Thanks.
