Could Fever Along With Elevated Bilirubin Levels Be Due To Gilberts Syndrome?

my son just got diagnosed with gilberts syndrome. he was in the er with a temp of 103 Saturday- bilirubin levels were 3.7 white blood count was 14.7. just had a liver ultrasound and was negative. what s next? what could it be. I think it s something else.
