Could Fever And Chills Be The Symptoms Of Influenza?

I currently am running a low grade temp with chills. Slight sore throat and runny nose. ran a fever w/ chills during the night last night, but fever broke after a few hours. no fever all day until about 2 hrs ago. I am taking Advil. I am a healthy 55 yr old female. could this be the start of influenze B?
