Could Fever And Vomiting Be Due To Cyst On Appendix?

i have abdominal pain in both my left and right sides, but mostly my right. i had a CT scan showing it was an ovarian cyst on my right ovary the size of a golf ball. and it was right next to my appendix. im still having pain but they wont give me another CT scan because of my age. and when they do ultrasounds they cant find the cyst. im having fevers, and im vomiting. is it possible that my cyst is still there but is really on my appendix?
