Could Flaky Patch Under Nose Be Related To Anal Itching?

hi, for about four weeks now i have had a red flakey patch under my nose which is making me very self concious. I have been moisturising it and exfoliating which gets rid of the flakeyness for a while but not the redness. Once scrubed it is almost like lots of little red spots making up the patches of red. I have also had a very itchy anus and surrounding area for over 12 months, i do not know if the two are related? but with those symptoms the area is very red and sore, but dont know if thats through excessive itching and a white/yellow scum seems to cover the area when left. Do not know if the two are related or seperate but would appreciate your thoughts on both. Regards matt
