Could Fluctuating Heart Rate Of Fetus Cause Heart Or Developmental Issues?

I experienced early complications in my pregnancy and thought I was going to miscarry. The fetal heart rate dropped down to 60 bpm down from 132 bpm at about 7 weeks pregnant. We did a follow up a few days later and the heart rate was up to 185. Now from about week 10 through now at 15 weeks the heart beat is around 145 to 150 and all seems well. I think the drop in heart rate was due to miscarrying a twin and blood filling up my uterus and putting pressure in the living fetus. My question is the baby going to be at risk for heart or developmental issues?
