Could Flying Cause Problem To Bruise In Ankle Due To Cellulitis?

Hello I had cellulitis last week and have been left with a very large bruise on my ankle I have taken antibiotics and the swelling went down ok but I have factor v leiden and I am flying long haul in the morning, could it cause any problems whilst flying ?
