Could Folliculitis Cause Leg Pimples?

male 19 years old I had follicilitious in my genital region a while ago and I took antibiotics for a week 2 times a day. I dont think 100 % of it had gone away. It has been 3 days since I had sex with someone I am just freaking out that it may be an std. I had these 2 pimple like dots on the inside of my leg and I was able to pop them and they appear to be healing no problem. I used a condom and I always do every time. I have no pain when I urinate or ejaculate nor do I have any discharge. I think my mine is playing a trick on me and I am just scaring myself. I would like to know your opinion.
