Could Frequent Masturbation And Current Wet Dreams Be Causing Sore Neck, Chest Pain, Eye Strain, Back Pain, And Frequent Urination?

Hi, I used to have a habit of masturbation since the age of 12. It used to be a once a day affair until I experienced numbness in my leg right after my episode. Thereafter i tried to control myself and reduced frequency to once a week. However, gradually the numbness in leg after each episode developed into sore neck, eyes and chest pain. I also have increased frequency of urination. Nowadays I try to stop masturbation but I still have wet dreams occasionally. When it happens, the sore neck, eyes and chest pain returned, together with lower back pain. Please help me. Thank you.
