Could Frequent Urination While Taking Duphaston Indicate Pregnancy?

im 46 yrs old..i had a sex on the 9th day of my period (april 25 start day) and im still not having my period as of today ( june 2, 2022) .ive done many pregnacy test many time, the latest is yesterday ( june 1, 2022 ) and all come out negative..7 days ago i went to my OB and shes think im on premenupausal stage....she advice to take duphaston for 7 days x 2 a day..since i take the med i begun experiencing frequent urination. do im pregnant?
