Could Gall Bladder Surgery Affect The Normal Menstruation Cycle?

please help, i had my last period on the 11th of jan 2011, a day later i went into hosp and had my gallbladder out on he 20th jan just ova a week later, can his affect your period? coz im bang on every 28 days, still waitin and nothin?? thank u for your time.
