Could Gallstones Cause Burning Smell In Urine, Diarrhea And Blood In Stools?

I have this burning smell coming from my urine. It's not all the time. I have discomfort in that area. I've also been having diarrhea that doesn't smell to pretty. Looks like i could have some blood in my stool. My health isn't the best even tho I'm 39. I'm a recovering alcoholic. I had a liver/kidney ultrasound done recently and they noted presence of gall stones.
