Could Gel Like Globules In Semen Be Due To Low Testosterone Levels?

I ve been experiencin gel-like globules coming along with my semen during ejaculation. I did some research and found that dehydration, poor diet, and low testosterone levels tribute to this. I am a bit dehydrated and been working on that and my diet is fine, but my sex drive has been extremely low and keeping an erection is extremely difficult. So I m assuming it s low testosterone. I m bipolar and I take lithium and prozac for it.. Would that contribute to low T levels?
