Could Genital Sores Deapite Candid-B, Fungisil Cream, And Fungiter Pills Be Something Other Than A Jock Itch?

Hi so l have been having sores on my genitals for 2 months. I was given cream to apply and some pills ie, candid-B but they didn t work letter fungisil cream and fungiter pills coz l was told l have jock itch. But upto now their is change. Kindly assist they are really irritating
