Could Genital Warts Discomfort, Redness, Itching, Pimples Be Simple Infection Or Rash?

hello two weeks ago i've been diagnosed having genital warts and started cryotherapy twice for now, i didnt feel better and its getting more and more uncomfortable, i went to see another doctor today she told me it may not be warts and it may be a simple infection or rash, the area is really red and itchy and looks like there's small pimples, but im confused what should i do now?
