Could Hair Loss And Flaky Patches On Dry Scalp Be Due To Vancamycin?

I recently went thru several operations to replace one of my replacement hips...I developed an infection that had to be treated intervienously with vancamycin for over 6 weeks...I have noticed hair loss and patches of dry skin flaking off of my scalp...could this treatment be related to the skin and hair problem
