Could Hard Lump On Navel Be Due To Clotting Of Blood?

36 weeks pregnant and just found a huge hard lump above navel. I had hernia surgery in 2009. Should I be worried I am scared. I called the birthing center but they said there is nothing they can do about it, just wrap it and come in if there is pain. Could it be a blood clot?
