Could Having Right-sided Back Pain Under My Shoulder After Recovering From Coronavirus Be Lung-related?

I have COVID and I m on the last stretch of isolation. I got really sick and in the beginning was getting out of breathe easily. Today I have noticed I have back pain on my right side, right under my right shoulder. Should I be concerned that it could be pain in my lung or is it most likely pain from laying down a lot.
