Could Headache And Abdominal Pain Be Due To Hormonal Imbalance?

My daughter experiencing abdominal pain, nausea for over 2 months. She is 12 years old. After many tests including endoscopy, colonoscopy no gi problem was found. She also, has dizziness, headaches (which came much later). Doctor told us she has abdominal migraine and prescribed cyproheptad 2 mg twice a day which makes her even more dizzy. Her pain mostly located in upper abdomen, burning pain, she is getting nauseous and burning pain after eating. She is also can get hungry right away after eating. However, the most bothersome symptom is headaches for at least a week. doctor didn t recommend any other tests; can it be hormone imbalance, or connected with brain.
