Could Headache And Light Cramping Post Having Unprotected Sex Indicate Pregnancy?

On New Years Eve my boyfriend and I had sex, my period had just ended two or three days before. It was protected at first then after he came he took the condom off and wanted to go again. Soon afree we started I asked him to stop, he wears he didn't come in me. Since then I have been getting small headaches and light cramping. Could I be pregnant?
