Could Headache, Slurring Of Speech And Heaviness In Hands Be A Matter Of Concern?

Earlier tonight I had a spell. I was very dizzy, then suddenly had a headache, but not too severe. Then my arms and head felt kinda heavy. My speech got a little slurred and my tongue felt like it was swollen a little. I felt stoned to tell the truth. Should I worry?
