Could Headaches Along With Palpitations Be Due To Monosprin?

I am recently digonized though CT angiogram having 70-80 % blockages in RCX -in LPDA.
Having
BP 95-150
pulse rate-85-90/PM

Was taking ecosprin-75, Nebistar2.5,
Doctor replaced it with Cap- Monosprin 30
It does not suit me. causing Severe headache pulptation fall in Pulse rate to 65
stopped
