Could Headaches Be Due To Stress?

Hey Doc, My name is Kirby. I have been having headaches for about 7 years now. One day I got upset about something and the headache never ever went away. I cant even blow a balloon because it causes a sharp pain to go up in my head. If I get upset or exited about something, the headaches gets worse. It feels like blood is running over my head.
