Could Heart Palpitations And Pain In Arm Be The Withdrawal Symptoms Of Topamax?

I am a 61 yr old female weaning off of topamax and my left arm aches terribly today along with having heart palpitations, and a bit of anxiety. I know it s probably due to the withdrawal from the drug. (at least the last two symptoms) But is the arm a symptom too?
