Could Heart Palpitations, Shortness Of Breath And Muscle Spasms Indicate Calcium Deficiency?

I have heart palpitations that are increasing daily used to be only sometimes at night now during day as well. Feels like I have shortness of breath when it happens and helps if I relax and take deep breaths. I also have a lot of muscle spasms and I jerk in bed a lot. Sometimes my whole body jerks and I feel it in my heart too. Could this be a lack of calcium?
