Could High Blood Pressure In Woman With Pacemaker Be A Matter Of Concern?

My girlfriend (45 years old) has a pacemaker in her heart. She said she s feeling like her blood pressure is high. She said because of her pacemaker it regulates her blood pressure to around 85-90 over 68-72. I have one of those wrist blood pressure measurement checkers, because I have high blood pressure myself. We just took her blood pressure and it was 187/114, pulse 104. Do we need to go the ER???
