Could High Dosage Of Seizure Medication Cause Balance Issues?

Could high dose of Seizer medication cause balance problem .i have had parcial seizers and every time one occurs the dose is increase and I have had radiation to a tumor which has caused a little knumbness in the bottom of my feet making it hard for me to walk .its getting worse...knumbness ...is my neurologist.right is there other advise .....
