Could Hot Flashes And Mood Swings Be The Symptoms Of Ovarian Cancer?

l have had 5 bladder surgerys in the past six years nothing seems to be working l have mesh in and come undone for the fifth time wouid you please give me some advice what to do, and one guestion l had a parcel hytarectomy at age 47 l still have my overy's l have problems with hot classes and mood swings real bad l went to my gynecologist and he said he can't check me out due to all of my scar tissues form all the bladder surgery how will l know if l get ovarian cancer if l can't be checked anymore and when do l need to go estrogen or not l am confused and wondering what to do? l am 55 years old, thank you
