Could Hot Flashes And Pain While Urination Be Withdrawal Symptom Of Premarin?

I have UTC and when I went off the premarin I have experience hot flashes and pain a couple of times a day when I finish urinating. I read somewhere a few years back that premarin helps and cannot find that article. Premarin is so expensive and my insurance will not cover this. I am 66 years old. Can you please help
