Could Hot Flashes, Night Sweats, Nausea, Weight Gain, Acne, And Missed Period Indicate That I Am In Menopause?

Hi, i am 39, and last seen my periods in november 27 2022, i don t feel pregnant, i don t have morning sickness. I have hot flushes,night sweats, nauseous in the afternoon, oeriod pains, mood swing and have gained weight and a lot of acne, could i be in menopause
