Could Hot Flashes On Arm, Back And Face Be Due To Synthyroid?

I have hypothyroid and I have started a new medication called synthroid. The medicine started off great but not in the second week I am hot and my skin is burning like needles mainly on my arm,part of my back and face. I do not know is this another problem or the medicine. What should I do to figure out what is the problem. I been to the doctor but no help and also I am having headaches
