Could Hot Flushes Be Due To Ovarian Polyps?

I'm 41 years old.everyday I feel warm my body without sweating even winter.last summer it goes in and gone.I don't feel if I did jogging or running.my pap smear result last month is abnormal asc us and found have 2polyps.my appointment for polyps is 2016 October.I'm worried.do I need to go a private doctor?thank you.
